Rajani S Sanas is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Cluster Talent and Culture Manager at Accor since June 2024, Rajani previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at The Den, Bengaluru, focusing on engagement and workplace culture. With a career spanning over two decades, Rajani has held multiple HR manager roles at renowned hotel chains including Marriott and Sheraton, alongside earlier positions at Sahyadri Hospitals and various hotels.
