Corinne Willis

Corinne Willis has a solid background in customer success and account management. Starting in 2014 at Innovative Insurance Group LLC as a Senior Account Manager, they managed a book of business serving 2,000 employees until 2021. Corinne then moved to Ease, where they held roles as a Customer Success Manager and later as a Senior Customer Success Manager for national accounts. In 2023, they joined Accord Systems, LLC as the Director of Customer Success and is currently seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager role.

Corinne Willis attended Patrick Henry High School from 2001 to 2005 and obtained their High School Diploma. Corinne then pursued a Fine Arts degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in Customer Success Management from Gainsight and Pulse Academy by Gainsight between 2021 and 2023.
