Chris Durbin

Chris is a Managing Director with nearly three decades of professional experience – both in consulting and industry roles. This experience has driven him to focus on cost effective and sustainable solutions. Chris’ specific expertise includes finance transformation, performance improvement, and merger integration.

Prior to joining Accordion, Chris was a Managing Director at Riveron Consulting where he worked with clients to drive value through finance transformation, process improvement, and optimizing technology. He has worked across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, consumer products, telecommunications, financial services, and software.

Before Riveron, Chris held a variety of industry positions from Corporate Controller to CFO of mid-sized manufacturing businesses. Each of these businesses were going through significant change (significant expansion, integrations, divestitures, ERP implementations), and he was responsible for professionalizing the back offices and driving process improvement. Chris started his career in public accounting where he spent 8 years providing financial assurance services across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, distribution and information technology.
