Udit Sharma

Udit is a Managing Director with 25+ years of consulting and industry experience – helping fortune 500 and private equity backed companies improve financial and operational performance.

Udit specializes in working with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to identify areas in which to improve EBITDA performance by driving operational and financial best practices in finance, enabling technology, end-to-end supply chains, managing integrations, and post merger integration synergies.

Before joining Accordion, Udit worked with large consulting firms such as PwC, Oliver Wyman, and Booz Allen Hamilton. There, he helped his clients improve their overall financial and operational performance by transforming their business processes – such as order to cash, procure to pay, demand to build, make to deliver, record to report, and hire to retire by implementing best practices and configuring the necessary enabling technology.

He has led several worldwide engagements in order to deliver back office and end-to-end supply chain value creation projects across multiple industries – including the US Department of Defense, chemicals, metals manufacturers, industrial products, bio pharma, consumer products retail, and healthcare industries. Udit is also a certified lean six sigma Master Black Belt (MBB).

Udit started his career as an electrical and computer engineer with Bethlehem Steel where he progressed through different roles to be a Plant Manager for cold rolling steel operations.

Udit graduated magna cum laude with an M.B.A. in Operations and Technology from the University of Rochester. He also has an Electrical and Computer Science Bachelor of Science (B.S. E.C.E.) degree from the State University of NY at Buffalo with Dean’s Honors
