Jennifer Garrett

Jennifer Garrett oversees everything HR-related in the office as Accounting Seed’s HR Director.

Jennifer studied psychology at York University in Toronto, Canada, and holds a Senior Professional Human Resources certification

After school, she eventually moved to Washington, D.C., and began working as an administrative assistant for Crown Consulting, a government contractor who works primarily with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). After a couple of months at Crown, Jennifer was presented an opportunity to move into an open HR position. She decided to embark on a new career and began her HR certification process and training immediately. Jennifer stayed on with the consultants in an HR role for over 13 years.
