Charles Ocat

As Director of Technical Services, Charles Ocat brings over two decades of experience in the Information Technology and Software Development industry. Prior to joining AccountMate in 2000, he spent 14 years managing a department responsible for developing and implementing software for a mid-sized retail chain. He also ran his own IT company specializing in customized software development for three years. Charles joined AccountMate as a Senior Applications Consultant doing QA, technical support, implementation support, feature specifications and development project coordination. He was appointed to his current position in December of 2005.

Charles and his teams work directly with both Solution Providers and their customers around the world to resolve any technical and software functionality issues, as well as providing expertise in product documentation, quality assurance testing and professional services. Charles is dedicated to providing world-class technical support and services, as well as helping clients maximize their use of the AccountMate software in their business for a more competitive edge.
