Ida Kuvaja has a diverse range of work experience in HR and consulting roles. Ida currently works as an HR Director at Accountor Group, where they support the HR software business and leads a team of 250 tech professionals. Prior to this, they served as an HR Business Partner at the same company, where they supported the growth of the HR cluster and implemented agile and sustainable HR practices. Ida also has experience as an Interim HR Manager at Kaiku24, where they built the HR department from the ground up and managed various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and leadership development. In the past, they have held positions at Staria as the Director of HR Services and as an HR Business Partner, where they focused on developing and delivering HR services for clients. Before that, Ida worked as a Management Consultant, providing advice on organizational improvement, and as a staffing coordinator at StaffPoint Oy. Additionally, they have experience in project management and research roles in academia and has worked as a substitute teacher in multiple schools.
Ida Kuvaja obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education from the University of Tampere from 2010 to 2014. Ida also earned a JET degree in Organizational Leadership from Koulutuskeskus Salpaus between 2017 and 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications including Cut-e Assessment Certification from cut-e an Aon company in 2020, TalentQ Certified Assessor from Korn Ferry Hay Group in 2018, and Certified Assessor for Ability and Personality Assessments from CEB, now Gartner.
