Patricia Douma

Patricia Douma is a seasoned professional within the public sector, currently serving as a Senior Account- en Projectmanager and MT member at Accres since February 2022. With a strong background in sports and community development, Patricia has held various significant positions including Senior Advisor Sport for the Municipality of Apeldoorn, where responsibilities included leading initiatives in youth well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic and facilitating community projects aimed at enhancing local vitality. Previous roles include positions at BMC Groep and advisorships in youth and education for various municipalities. Patricia's educational background includes a degree in Policy & Management with a focus on sports from Windesheim, complemented by a strong foundation in HAVO and VWO from Johannes Fontanus College.
