Rob Nieuwpoort

Rob Nieuwpoort is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and facility services. Currently serving as the Head of Real Estate & Facilities at Accres Apeldoorn B.V. since September 2018, Rob oversees the management of approximately 150 community properties. Rob has held the position of Secretary for the Stichting Comog Examens Vastgoed since September 2009, focusing on improving the quality of personnel in real estate management. For over 25 years, Rob has been the Director and Owner of BVKwadraat, providing consultancy in building maintenance and facility management. Additionally, Rob has been involved as a lecturer since 1989, offering various training courses. Prior experience includes significant roles at Schiphol Group in asset and maintenance management, and consultancy positions with the Municipality of Rotterdam and Rijkswaterstaat CIV. Rob holds an engineering degree in civil engineering from Delft University of Technology.
