Gemma Jackson

Gemma Jackson is an experienced Product Manager at Accruent, currently leading initiatives since May 2024. Previously, Gemma held the position of Product Lead at RedEye from January 2021 to May 2024, where significant contributions included launching new product offerings, optimizing bug management strategies, and enhancing cross-organizational collaboration. Throughout Gemma's career, which includes roles as a Product Designer and Customer Success Manager, experience has been gained in user research, design thinking, and customer relationship management.
