Scott Miller

Scott Miller is a seasoned professional in operations and engineering management, currently serving as Plant Manager at ACCU-FAB, Inc. since April 2022. Previously, Scott held the position of Operations Manager at Hodge from 2014 to 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing daily warehouse functions for Deere-Hitachi, implementing productivity improvements, and managing a team of engineers and technicians. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Southbend, from 1998 to 2013, where Scott advanced from Director of Engineering to VP of Engineering & Operations, managing operational budgets exceeding $4 million and spearheading initiatives that enhanced manufacturing efficiency. Scott's early career includes roles as Manufacturing Engineer at Fountain Powerboats and OERTLI Werkzeuge AG, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University.
