Join Accurate Background as a dynamic Recruiting Manager to spearhead our talent acquisition strategy in Thane, India. In this crucial role, you'll champion the attraction, identification, and onboarding of top-tier talent, enhancing our global capability center’s strength and reach. Your expertise in the background check industry, familiarity with GDPR, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be pivotal in shaping a resilient and effective recruitment framework.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to source, attract, and hire top talent for various roles.
  • Guide the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to grasp hiring needs, ensuring alignment with broader recruitment strategies.
  • Craft detailed job descriptions and targeted sourcing strategies alongside hiring managers.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to gauge candidate fit regarding skills, experience, and alignment with company culture.
  • Uphold all legal and regulatory recruitment standards, particularly concerning data privacy.
  • Stay informed about the recruitment industry's evolving landscape, incorporating best practices and innovations.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and efficiency.
  • Maintain transparency with leadership through regular reviews and reports.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrable track record as a Recruitment Manager, preferably within the background check or IT/ITES sectors.
  • Strong foundation in HR principles, backed by a relevant academic background.
  • Expertise in the end-to-end recruitment process and familiarity with leading Applicant Tracking Systems. (Lever).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinker with a knack for identifying improvements and solving complex recruitment challenges.
  • Proven capability to work with diverse global teams across multiple time zones.
