As a Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the charge in deploying innovative recruitment strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent across all business sectors. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of developing effective sourcing strategies, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, establishing high-quality recruitment processes, and utilizing metrics to foster significant outcomes for the Talent Acquisition team and the broader organization.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall hiring strategy to ensure our team consists of a diverse and qualified workforce.
  • Address the company's staffing needs with a forward-thinking talent acquisition approach.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to cultivate a rich pipeline of candidates.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive candidate hiring processes to guarantee positive experiences.
  • Maintain close relationships with managers to align candidate and interviewer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the HR Head to pinpoint staffing requirements across various departments.
  • Set selection criteria in consultation with managers and team members.
  • Leverage online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks for sourcing candidates.
  • Craft detailed job descriptions and interview questions aligned with each role's demands.
  • Sift through candidates to find the most fitting talent for available roles.
  • Organize and guide interview and selection processes, including screening calls and in-person interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates' information, like CVs, portfolios, and references.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen our candidate pipeline.
  • Document all recruitment materials for transparency and stakeholder sharing.
  • Lead a recruitment team to meet and exceed hiring targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, including various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Solid track record in bulk hiring and understanding specific role requirements.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Ability to document processes meticulously and stay updated with recruitment industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, underpinned by a strong ability to manage relationships.
  • Previous leadership experience in a recruitment setting.
  • Established relationships with recruitment vendors, employment agencies, and other professional networks.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and finalizing offers for pivotal roles in collaboration with key stakeholders.
