As a Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the charge in deploying innovative recruitment strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent across all business sectors. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of developing effective sourcing strategies, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, establishing high-quality recruitment processes, and utilizing metrics to foster significant outcomes for the Talent Acquisition team and the broader organization.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall hiring strategy to ensure our team consists of a diverse and qualified workforce.
- Address the company's staffing needs with a forward-thinking talent acquisition approach.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to cultivate a rich pipeline of candidates.
- Develop and implement comprehensive candidate hiring processes to guarantee positive experiences.
- Maintain close relationships with managers to align candidate and interviewer expectations.
- Collaborate with the HR Head to pinpoint staffing requirements across various departments.
- Set selection criteria in consultation with managers and team members.
- Leverage online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks for sourcing candidates.
- Craft detailed job descriptions and interview questions aligned with each role's demands.
- Sift through candidates to find the most fitting talent for available roles.
- Organize and guide interview and selection processes, including screening calls and in-person interviews.
- Evaluate candidates' information, like CVs, portfolios, and references.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen our candidate pipeline.
- Document all recruitment materials for transparency and stakeholder sharing.
- Lead a recruitment team to meet and exceed hiring targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, including various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Solid track record in bulk hiring and understanding specific role requirements.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and social media platforms.
- Ability to document processes meticulously and stay updated with recruitment industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, underpinned by a strong ability to manage relationships.
- Previous leadership experience in a recruitment setting.
- Established relationships with recruitment vendors, employment agencies, and other professional networks.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and finalizing offers for pivotal roles in collaboration with key stakeholders.
