Kati Barr

Kati Barr has worked as a Team Lead Title Underwriter at The Accurate Group since 2009. In this role, they are responsible for underwriting residential title insurance commitments and policies, coordinating with state agencies and underwriters, maintaining documented procedures, training and supervising employees, managing contract work, and implementing software changes. Prior to this, Kati worked as a Real Estate Paralegal/Legal Assistant at Weaver, Bennett & Bland, P.A. from 2007 to 2008. In this role, they handled mail room and interoffice communication, assisted with real estate closings, maintained the legal reference library, and continued their education in real estate law and practices. Kati also worked as an Office Assistant at the same company during this time.

Kati Barr attended Central Piedmont Community College from 2015 to 2016 and studied Political Science and Government. Prior to that, they attended King's College from 2004 to 2006 and obtained an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies.
