Michele Golden

Michele Golden has over 20 years of experience in the appraisal and real estate industry. Michele currently holds the position of Chief Appraiser at Accurate Group since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Advisor Residential Valuations VP at Wells Fargo from December 2020 to November 2022. Before that, they served as a Real Estate Appraisal Manager at Fannie Mae from April 2019 to December 2020.

Michele also worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President from March 2018 to April 2019, and as a Senior Manager RAD at Capital One from November 2011 to March 2018. In the earlier stages of their career, they held positions such as Assistant Chief Appraiser at Valligent from March 2008 to November 2011, Appraisal Manager at GE Money Bank, dba WMC Mortgage from 2006 to 2007, Senior Reviewer at Indymac Bank from June 2005 to July 2006, Senior Reviewer at Landsafe from 2003 to 2005, and Fee Appraiser at Austin M Smith Appraisal from June 1993 to July 2003.

Michele Golden obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Appalachian State University between 1987 and 1990. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser from TALCB, NCAB, and DBPR.
