Noé Charrette's work experience begins in 2011, when they worked as a Stagiaire at Escoffier frères S.A. during the period of April 2011 to August 2011. During this time, they created a database for managing the stock of spare parts for plastic injection molds, conducted inventory of spare parts, and provided training to staff on using the database.

After their time at Escoffier frères S.A., Noé Charrette joined Clyde Union Pumps in September 2011, where they worked as a Dessinateur - projeteur (alternant) until September 2012. In this role, they developed and designed pumping systems to be used in the safety circuits of an EPR nuclear power plant. Noé also created machining plans for internally manufactured parts and parts supplied by external suppliers, as well as provided comprehensive descriptions for standard parts supplied by suppliers.

Following their experience at Clyde Union Pumps, Noé Charrette joined Accuray in January 2013. Noé started as a Drafter / Project Coordinator, where they designed drawings for the installation of radiotherapy systems in medical centers. Noé also provided support to the Project department in project management, including site visits, project tracking, and technical expertise. Additionally, they worked on improving process and technical documents. In July 2016, Noé Charrette was promoted to the role of Project Manager EIMEA, and their employment with Accuray continues.

Noé Charrette obtained a DUT in Génie Mécanique et Productique (GMP) from IUT Annecy between 2008 and 2011. Following that, they pursued a Licence professionnelle in Chargé de Projet en Conception Mécanique Assistée par Ordinateur (CMAO) at TETRAS during the period of 2011-2012. No information is provided regarding any additional certifications obtained.
