Philippe Degreze has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Philippe started their career as a Clinical Engineer at Bordeaux Hospital University Center (CHU), where they managed CT/MR equipment and provided training to staff. In 1998, they joined GEHC as a France MR Sales specialist, working with account managers and contributing to strategy development and sales processes. Philippe later became the EMEA Strategic Product Manager, responsible for selling interventional MR products and assessing their impact. In 2010, they became the EMEA Commercial Operation Manager at GEHC. At Accuray, they held multiple roles including Senior Manager, Marketing, Director of Marketing, EIMEA, Senior Director of Marketing EIMEA, Vice President, Downstream Marketing and Communication Channels, and VP Marketing. These positions involved defining marketing strategies, managing budgets, and driving positioning, pricing, and promotion objectives for the respective systems.
Philippe Degreze completed their PhD in biomathematics at Université Paris Cité from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Université de Bordeaux, which they pursued from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Communicating Across Cultures" from LinkedIn in September 2022.
