Rebecca Hone

Rebecca Hone serves as the Chief People Officer at Accuro since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation. Previously, Rebecca held significant roles at Bupa, including People Transformation Director for UK Insurance, where a comprehensive five-year HR strategy was developed. Rebecca's expertise encompasses leading HR initiatives during the Brexit strategy for Bupa Global and substantial transformation projects at Aviva, including HR Director for Finance Transformation and Head of HR for Investment Management. Earlier career highlights include roles in change management and HR consultancy at Monarch Airlines, BAA, and Deloitte Consulting. Rebecca holds a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Oxford.
