Rakesh Jha (He/Him)

Rakesh Jha has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Rakesh began their career in 2004 as a Customer Care Officer at E Funds, a payment solutions company. Rakesh then worked as a Floor Supervisor at Mphasis, a management consulting and technology services company.

In 2006, Rakesh joined Accenture Services as a Recruitment Coordinator, where they handled end-to-end recruitment for Best Buy. Rakesh later moved to TEKsystems as a Talent Acquisition Lead, facilitating the recruiting process with hiring and HR managers.

Rakesh joined Pyramid Consulting in 2009 as a Resource and Recruitment Manager, specializing in IT staffing services. Rakesh then worked at ACS Group as an Offshore Recruitment Delivery Head, overseeing talent acquisition, staff augmentation, and IT consulting projects.

In 2014, Rakesh joined IDC Technologies as a Senior Manager, focusing on client relationships and delivering technology solutions with a global delivery model. Rakesh then moved to ACS Group as an Account Relationship Manager, providing staffing solutions to various industries.

Currently, since 2018, Rakesh holds the position of VP - Operations at Accuro, where they oversee the operations of the company.

Throughout their career, Rakesh has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, client relationship management, and staffing services across multiple industries.
