Veron Wk Lai

Veron WK Lai has a diverse and extensive work experience in design and consulting roles. They started their career as a Service Design Consultant at Engine Service Design in 2017, followed by a contract role at Barnardo's as a Service Design Consultant. In 2018, they became a Mozilla Open Leader and also worked as a Senior Associate (Contract) at Nile | The Strategic Design Co. They then joined John Lewis Partnership as a Service Design Consultant on a contract basis.

In 2019, Veron worked as a Service Design Consultant at The British Museum and became a Service Design Mentor at Lucitopia Rural Design Challenge. They also worked as the Head of Digital Product Design at Elvie from 2020 to 2023, responsible for leading the design of digital products. Concurrently, Veron took up an Associate Lecturer position at the University of the Arts London in 2017. Currently, Veron serves as the Head of Design at Accurx.

Veron WK Lai has a Bachelor of Communication in Advertising - Creative from RMIT University. Additionally, they have obtained a Master of Arts in Service Design from the University of the Arts London. Veron has also earned several certifications, including a Certificate of Achievement for Coping with Changes: Social-Emotional Learning Through Play from The LEGO Foundation in January 2021, a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Advanced Certificate - Readiness for Change from Inthrface in October 2019, and a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator certification from Inthrface in May 2016.
