Sean Graham

Sean Graham is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in engineering management and product strategy. Currently serving as Software Development Manager II at Accusoft since January 2023, Sean previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Snowbound Software from September 2006 until its acquisition by Accusoft in 2022. Sean's leadership spans the entire engineering organization, focusing on hiring, team management, and transitioning to remote work while implementing improved performance measurement and CI/CD processes. Sean's previous roles include Principal Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Snowbound, where significant contributions were made to crucial products such as RasterMaster and VirtualViewer HTML5. Prior experience includes positions with Goodrich Corporation and Rovia, alongside an early internship at Warner Lambert. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
