David Fischer

David Fischer is a managing director of inclusive market systems. He identifies and provides technical and strategic leadership opportunities where ACDI/VOCA can employ its inclusive market systems approach to the development of agribusinesses and private sector engagement. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2019, David was the chief of party of several USAID-funded agribusiness and economic growth projects in Africa and the Middle East. He holds an MBA from Erasmus University, Rotterdam (Netherlands) and is fluent in English and French. He is also a certified Project Management Professional.
