Laura Conn

Laura Conn provides technical leadership and strategic guidance for programs and proposals on promoting inclusive solutions to help address access to finance challenges. She brings experience in designing and implementing investment facilitation and private-sector engagement activities. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2023, Laura negotiated private sector partnerships and managed investment facilitation activities at DAI LLC through the Market Systems and Partnerships activity and USAID INVEST. Previously, she supported programs at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture as well as at ACDI/VOCA from 2012 to 2015.
