Rafael Murillo Ferrer combines his position as general secretary of the Catholic Association of Propagandists with that of academic secretary of the Department of Public Law of the School of Law of the CEU San Pablo University, where he teaches Constitutional Law classes. He has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a professor of Constitutional Law and Political Science at the CEU San Pablo University, in addition to being appointed "ad Honorem" Scientific Consultant of the International Institute of Political Sciences.
He has made several academic stays at the Università degli Studi di Torino, in addition to giving numerous conferences and participating in Congresses and summer courses. He has published articles in the news media and has participated in television, radio and written press, on current issues.
