Aastha Madan Chhabra

Aastha Madan Chhabra has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field. In 2022, they began working as Regional Human Resources (India) for ACE Green Recycling, Inc. In 2020, they became Head - HR for Raphe mPhibr, where they implemented the HR Management system, managed payroll, attendance, and leave policy, and enhanced recruitment measures. From 2018-2019, they were both a Selection Reviewer and Fellow for Teach For India. In 2019, they were an HR Intern for Urban Ladder. In 2017, they were a Volunteer for Teach For India. From 2015-2017, they were HR Manager for Internshala, where they handled end-to-end recruitment, managed payroll, led onboarding formalities, and organized employee engagement activities.

Aastha Madan Chhabra has a diverse educational background. Aastha attended Queen Mary's school from 1998 to 2012. Aastha then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Janki Devi Memorial College from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn and Coursera, such as Human Resources: Building a Performance Management System, Performance-Based Hiring, Learning Excel 2019, Motivating and Engaging Employees, and Preparing to Manage Human Resources.
