Roger Pattison has extensive work experience in development and fundraising roles. Roger currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at ACE Scholarships, where they lead a team of state directors in connecting philanthropists with opportunities for quality private K-12 education. Prior to this, they were the President of Zeno Fundraising Solutions, working to develop customized strategies for nonprofits. From 2013 to 2021, Roger served as the Senior Director of Member Relations at Stand Together, recruiting and collaborating with business leaders to help individuals achieve the American Dream. Roger has also worked as a Development Officer at both the Institute for Humane Studies and the Mercatus Center, where they cultivated donor relationships and raised funds to advance their respective missions. Additionally, Roger worked as a GPS Field Supervisor at Flaik Inc from 2008 to 2010.

Roger Pattison attended Hillsdale College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Spanish. In 2011, they enrolled in George Mason University to pursue a Master's degree in Economics, but the end year for this program is not provided.
