Karin Hoogendoorn

Karin Hoogendoorn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Karin is currently the CFO at Ace & Tate, a role they assumed in May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Penningmeester Raad van Toezicht at Scala | foodbar & theater starting in May 2018. From May 2021 to March 2023, Karin was the Head of Finance EMEA at Flexport. Karin also held a leadership position at Transavia, where they were the Director Finance - Head of Controlling & Reporting from April 2018 to April 2021. Karin's earlier roles include Manager Controlling and Business Controller at FrieslandCampina from March 2016 to March 2018, and November 2014 to February 2016, respectively. Karin also worked as a Senior Associate at Gilde Buy Out Partners from January 2013 to November 2014 and as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from June 2010 to December 2012.

Karin Hoogendoorn completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology between 2002 and 2008. Karin pursued further education and obtained their Master of Science degree in Econometrics - Quantitative Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2008 to 2010. Later, between 2016 and 2018, they attended the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, where they completed an Executive Master in Finance & Control, specializing as a Register Controller. Prior to their university studies, Karin attended Erasmiaans Gymnasium from 1996 to 2002, where their field of study and degree obtained are unknown.
