Fraser Anderson

Fraser Anderson began their career in 2010, working as a Team Leader in the Contact Centre of Donald Russell Ltd. During their two-year tenure there, they developed strong customer service skills and learned to quickly build rapport with strangers. In 2012, Anderson joined ACE Winches as a Graduate Engineer, where they provided technical support to the sales team. Fraser then moved up the ranks, taking on additional responsibilities such as budgeting, planning, and recruitment. In their role as Proposals Manager, they were responsible for ensuring quality competitive tenders, providing technical advice, and working on business strategy. Anderson then became the Technical Proposals Lead, increasing their face-to-face client meetings and representing ACE at industry exhibitions. Finally, they were promoted to Sales Proposals & Technical Support Co-ordinator, managing the day-to-day workload of the team and training new members of staff.

Fraser Anderson attended The University of Edinburgh from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a BEng Honors in Mechanical Engineering.
