Erika T.

Erika T. has been working in Human Resources since 2014. Erika began their career as an Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Astronics AeroSat Corporation, where they were then promoted to Human Resources Representative. In this role, they reported to the Director of Human Resources and provided support for a board range of HR functions. Erika then moved to Ladesco Inc in 2020, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, they are employed as a Human Resources Manager at ACEINNA, a position they have held since 2022.

Erika T. has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, with a concentration in Finance. Erika also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Mount Holyoke College, with a major in Psychology. Additionally, they hold a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
