Satya Rudra

Satya Rudra has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Recruiter at Globalways Inc, where they were responsible for recruiting consultants for various projects. They then moved on to Relevante in 2007, where they served as a Senior Recruiter/Team Lead, performing duties such as selecting the right talent, pre-screening candidates, and negotiating rates. In 2010, they joined XpertTech Inc as a Senior Recruiter, before transitioning to Configuration Management, Inc. in 2011. At Configuration Management, Inc., Satya Rudra held the role of Senior Recruiter/Team Lead, focusing on recruiting consultants and ensuring they met client requirements. Most recently, they have been working at CompuGain since 2014 as part of the Recruiting Team.

Satya Rudra attended St. Ann's from 1992 to 1996 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time. Later, from 2000 to 2003, Satya Rudra pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at Andhra University.
