Dickson Aragao

Dickson Aragao is an experienced maintenance and engineering leader with a comprehensive background in the petrochemical industry. Currently serving as the Head of Maintenance and Maintenance Director at Acelen since October 2021, Dickson oversees maintenance operations across approximately 20 plants in a large refinery, including TAR planning, execution, and engineering of maintenance and inspection. Prior experience at BASF spanned from January 2012 to October 2021, where Dickson held various roles, including South America Technical Expertise Leader and Maintenance Manager, focusing on optimizing operational excellence and maintenance strategies. Earlier positions included Senior Consultant Engineer in both Germany and China, and Field Maintenance Manager, showcasing a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and project management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UFPB, a specialization in Industrial Instrumentation from SENAI CETIND, and an MBA in Business Administration from Universidade Salvador.
