Karina Rivera

Karina began working at Acelero, Inc. in February 2016 and led the implementation of a new HRIS for the organization and developed HR policies and procedures for the network. In April 2016, she was awarded the Rising Star Award for Acelero Learning and has since been promoted to the VP of Human Resources for Shine Early Learning. Karina oversees the human resources management of Shine Early Learning and supports the organization in various HR domains such as organizational design, HR technology, talent acquisition, employee engagement, professional development and more. Karina is a member of Society for Human Resource Management and holds a bachelor’s degree from New Jersey City University.
