Joseph Mungai

Joseph Mungai currently serves as the Country Manager for Aceleron, an innovative UK-based developer of advanced lithium battery technology, since April 2018. With a focus on renewable energy solutions, Joseph has contributed to the company's efforts in East Africa, the UK, and the Caribbean by promoting sustainable battery technology. Prior to this role, Joseph was a Business Project Manager at Waysun Global, overseeing solar energy projects and feasibility studies, and worked as a Regional RH Representative at WCG Cares, where responsibilities included needs assessments and project management aimed at enhancing access to reproductive health services for women. Joseph began a career in sales with Barclays Bank of Kenya, progressing to a Sales Team Leader position. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Project Planning and Management, both from the University of Nairobi.
