Ron Oyston

Ron Oyston has had a long and successful career in Human Resources, beginning in 1997 with a role as Group Training Manager at Halifax. In 2001, they joined RBS Group as an Organisation Development Technical Partner and Learning & Development Technical Partner. In 2006, they moved to Emirates Group as Talent & Business Senior Manager. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Abbott Laboratories, taking on roles as Director of Consulting, Regional Development Manager for Middle East/Africa/Pakistan/India, and Director of HR Consulting. From 2013 to 2016, they were at Kerry as Senior Global Director of HR for Applied Health & Nutrition and Director of Human Resources for Dairy, Meat, Culinary & Regulatory. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Horizon as Vice President of HR Services/HRBP for R&D & Medical Affairs and Executive Director of HRBP for R&D/Medical Affairs. Most recently, they have been with Acyerin, Inc. since 2021 as Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources/Head of Human Resources.

Ron Oyston obtained their MBA from The University of Edinburgh in 2005. Ron is currently enrolled in the Human Resource Leadership Program at Cornell University. Ron is also enrolled in the Human Resource Business Partnership Program at Cranfield School of Management.
