Sarah Zuckerman has a Master's Degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education. Sarah has held various education and innovation roles, including Director of Education and Innovation at Acera, Founding Executive Director at Educators 4 Excellence, and Director at America Achieves. Additionally, Sarah served as a Principal Consultant at Lincoln Center Education where Sarah designed and led the Culture at the Core program. Prior to their leadership roles, Sarah worked as an Art Teacher at Indianapolis Public Schools for ten years.

Acera is a progressive non-profit STEAM school serving high-ability students in grades K-10. At Acera, students learn by ability, not age: in a supportive, energetic environment, enabled by highly motivated teacher-entrepreneurs. Learning at Acera is contextual, interdisciplinary, and hands-on and often happens in our professionally equipped MakerSpace and Science Lab. In addition to our full-day programs, we offer after school and summer enrichment programs, open to both Acera and non-Acera students, through Acera's STEAM Learning Lab.
