With 25 years of experience in communications, project management, and marketing leadership, Heidi defines Acerta’s marketing strategy and leads the team responsible for generating demand for the company’s products and services.

Heidi holds a Masters Certificate in Marketing Communications Leadership from Schulich Executive Education Centre at York University and a Master of Arts in Language and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo.
