Kyle Armour

Kyle Armour has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kyle currently holds the position of SVP of Operations at ACERTUS since February 2023. Previously, they worked at ACERTUS as VP of Operations from March 2021 to February 2023, and as Senior Director Operations from November 2020 to March 2021. Before joining ACERTUS, Kyle worked at Crowe as a Manager, where they focused on strategy and operations performance improvement from August 2018 to November 2020. Earlier in their career, they held roles at HD Supply as a Strategic Project Manager and Internal Corporate Consultant from August 2016 to June 2018, and at Alexander Proudfoot as a Senior Consultant, Operations and Business Adviser from August 2012 to August 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Office Depot as a Territory Business Manager from April 2010 to August 2012 and at Patterson Dental as a Sales Representative from June 2009 to April 2010.

Kyle Armour earned a B.B.A. in Professional Sales with a focus on Selling Skills and Sales Operations from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business in 2009. In 2018, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in 2017.
