Ross Rachey has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Chief Operating Officer at ACERTUS since March 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at Amazon. From March 2019 to March 2023, Ross served as the Director - Global Fleet and Products, leading a team of over 400 employees and managing a multi-billion-dollar budget. Earlier in their career at Amazon, Ross was the Senior Manager - Global Restricted Products from December 2014 to October 2017, Senior Program Manager - Business Initiative Compliance from June 2014 to December 2014, and Legal - Sr. Compliance Specialist from June 2011 to May 2014. In their role as Legal - Sr. Compliance Specialist, they managed regulatory compliance efforts and coordinated teams to handle prohibited and restricted products across multiple business categories. Ross also evaluated business and legal risks and implemented company policies to comply with various regulatory agencies.

Ross Rachey received their Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Following that, they went on to pursue a Juris Doctor degree from the Seattle University School of Law, where they attended from 2009 to 2012.
