Rob Tang has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Rob is currently the Director of User Experience and Design at ACERTUS since September 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Sr UX/UI Designer in the same company, where they led the design for the logistics platform, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency. Rob also provided marketing direction and strategy, leading to doubled website traffic, improved organic page ranking on Google, and increased brand awareness.

Before joining ACERTUS, Rob worked as a Creative Director at ENGIE Services North America from 2018 to 2020. Rob was responsible for overseeing profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Prior to that, they held the same role at OpTerra Energy Services from 2014 to 2018.

Rob started their career at Artime Group in 2006 as a Graphic Designer. Rob then worked as a Packaging Designer at Mattel, Inc., where they managed toy packaging development for global brands. Rob also worked as a Graphic and Packaging Designer at Eidos-Montréal, where they collaborated on video game marketing materials and designed packaging for popular franchises.

Rob's creative experience also includes roles as a Senior Graphic Designer at Chevron from 2012 to 2014 and HNTB from 2009 to 2012. Throughout their career, they have consistently delivered impressive results, including introducing new visual languages, producing numerous proposals, and developing marketing materials for major industry events like E3.

Rob Tang studied Graphic Design at ArtCenter College of Design. Additionally, they earned a certification as a Full Stack Developer from UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education in 2020.
