Tnai Mason

Tnai is the Chief Human Resources Officer for ACH Child and Family Services. In her role, she is responsible for leading the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.

Tnai’s career includes 20 years of human resources experience within the legal and financial industry. She has experience leading HR teams through process improvement, employee relations, professional development, recruitment, and more.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UT Arlington, a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Training and Development from Amberton University, and is a certified Professional in HR (PHR). She volunteers her time through Junior League and Zeta Delta Sigma Arlington Alumnae chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho. Over the past five years she has served on the HR committee for the international office of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc.
