Elena Donets

Elena Donets is a prominent entrepreneur and leader in innovation ecosystem design, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Spyre Group since January 2017, where the focus is on transforming organizational innovation through a blend of traditional wisdom and practical experience. With a strong commitment to social initiatives, Donets co-founded Ach Gadol for Lone Soldiers in February 2010, providing vital support for young individuals integrating into Israeli society. Additional significant contributions include co-founding The Funnel, a corporate innovation community, and the Global Startup Challenge, which showcases startups to industry leaders. Donets also played key roles in fostering entrepreneurship in Israel through initiatives like StartIsrael and StarTau, where strategic planning and support for aspiring entrepreneurs were paramount.
