Paul Bishop

Paul Bishop is an experienced professional in the care and support industry with a focus on independence planning and autism support. Currently serving as Deputy Manager and Senior Practitioner in the Independence Planning Team at Achieve Together since May 2020, Paul has previously held roles such as Care Coordinator at AXE Valley Home Care LTD and Service Support Team Member at Care Management Group Ltd. From February 2019, Paul also functions as Better Practice Lead at Discovery Care, where responsibilities include coaching and mentoring staff, conducting supervisions, and developing care plans and risk assessments.
