Prior to that, they were Vice President, Intermediate Care Facility & Group Home Services at Hattie Larlham, overseeing a $19 million budget and directing multiple departments. Building upon their Master's, Lori Oliver furthered their education and earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the same institution, Kent State University, completing their doctoral studies from 1991 to 1997.
