As a Product Marketing Manager at Achievers, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies developing the Marketing plan / calendar for your product. Your responsibilities will span the entire marketing mix including pricing strategies for our products. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating impactful marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning and Messaging:
  • Work with the product development team to help influence the product roadmap based on customer insights.
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate the value propositions of Achievers' employee recognition solutions.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across various marketing channels. Go-to-Market Strategy:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration. Pricing Strategy:- Develop, implement, and optimize pricing strategies that align with business objectives, maximize revenue, and remain competitive in the market.
  • Conduct market research to inform pricing decisions, adjusting strategies based on market dynamics and customer insights. Market Intelligence:- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs through ongoing market research.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies, including pricing adjustments and value-based propositions. Content Development:- Collaborate with content marketing teams with campaign briefs to create high-quality and compelling marketing collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, and presentations.
  • Ensure product-related content aligns with overall marketing goals. Demand Generation:- Work closely with demand generation teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize impact. Sales Enablement:- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell Achievers' products, including comprehensive pricing guidelines.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training programs to support the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
