Brie Harvey has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Brie started their career as a Canvasser at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Coalition in 2007, where they led a grassroots effort to provide aid to homeless women and children. Brie then moved on to work as a Live Events Host at Creative Management Group from November 2008 to February 2010. In the same year, they also took on the role of VP of Training and Development for the AGC Chapter at Toastmasters International.

In 2008, Brie became the Director of Recruitment at Outsource, where they were responsible for content creation, strategy, and execution of the training and development program. Brie conducted virtual and in-person trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions for a team of recruiters, sourcers, and HRBP's. Brie also collaborated with regional leadership teams to identify and remove performance obstacles.

After their time at Outsource, Brie took a travel sabbatical from 2013 to 2015, during which they visited 43 countries across South America, Africa, Asia, Australia, and Europe. Some of their notable experiences included cycling 900 miles up the coast of Vietnam, trekking through the Himalayas for 5 weeks, and volunteering as a dog walker in Taiwan.

Upon returning from their sabbatical, Brie joined Achievers in 2015 as the Head of Global Enablement. In this role, they developed and executed onboarding and training programs for customer-facing teams and localized these programs globally. Brie also designed and oversaw 5 proprietary certification programs and launched the first North American career development program for front office employees. Following this position, Brie transitioned to become the Head of Market Research and Community at Achievers in December 2019. In this role, they partnered with the Achievers Workforce Institute to conduct focus groups and ensure the development of the Achievers product suite aligned with emerging workplace trends. Brie also identified and amplified important voices within the Human Capital Management space through digital content and experiences, and hosted an interactive monthly webcast series for HR leaders.

Brie's work experience showcases their expertise in market research, community building, training and development, event hosting, and grassroots advocacy.

Brie Harvey attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2005 to 2008. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies.
