Darcie Cummings

Darcie Cummings has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Darcie started their career at ADP as a Sales Representative for Small Business Solutions, where they worked from August 2008 to September 2010. Darcie then moved on to Workopolis, where they held roles as an Account Manager in Inside Sales from September 2010 to May 2012, and later as an Account Executive in Field Sales in Calgary from June 2012 to May 2014.

In 2014, they joined LinkedIn as an Account Executive for Talent Solutions. During their time at LinkedIn, they worked with small and medium businesses in Canada to help them leverage the platform and access passive talent pools. Darcie left LinkedIn in January 2016.

After this, they worked at Hired, Inc. as a Talent Advocate for Expansion from January 2016 to January 2017, before transitioning to the role of Senior Talent Advocate for Tech from January 2017 to March 2018. Finally, they became an Account Manager for Global Accounts at Hired, Inc., where they worked from January 2018 to September 2019.

Currently, Darcie Cummings is employed at Achievers, where they initially served as a Customer Success Manager from September 2019 to March 2021, and later as a Senior Customer Success Manager from March 2021 to the present.

Darcie Cummings completed their Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences and Bachelor of Physical and Health Education at Queen's University from 2003 to 2007. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued a Human Resources Management Certificate at Ryerson University.
