Kenny Oubre has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kenny started their career at Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity as the Coordinator of Chapter Development, where they successfully managed expansion projects and achieved recruitment targets. Kenny then worked at Accenture as an Analyst before joining Blackbaud as a Senior Systems Consultant and Project Manager. At Blackbaud, Kenny oversaw the implementation of fundraising CRM database projects for higher education organizations and led a multi-million dollar implementation at Florida State University. After that, they joined Benefitfocus as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing carrier integration projects. Kenny then worked at PeopleMatter as a Senior Account Executive and later as the Sr. Director of Customer Success. In this role, they established and led the Customer Success department, achieved significant revenue growth, developed strategic partnership relationships, and provided process improvement assistance. Currently, Kenny is working at Achievers as a Sr Account Manager.

Kenny Oubre earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Texas Christian University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master's in Business Administration in Business Administration from The Citadel. Kenny attended The Citadel from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Kenny holds a Talk Master Certification from Speaker Labs, which they obtained in April 2017.
