Shanna Woon Sam - Samler has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Shanna started their career in 2008 at Rogers Communications as a Customer Retention Consultant. Shanna then progressed to roles such as Leadership and Customer Escalations Management, Project and Insight Analyst, and Sales Enablement & Support Analyst, where they were responsible for creating quality assessment programs, managing coaching programs, developing training workshops, and providing feedback and coaching to representatives. Shanna Woon Sam - Samler began their education in 2003 at Humber College, where they pursued a degree in Culinary Management. Shanna completed their studies in this field in 2005. In 2019, Shanna enrolled in Seneca College, where they studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, and obtained their HRPA/CHRP degree in 2020.
In addition to their formal education, Shanna has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. In 2018, they completed the "Becoming a Thought Leader" and "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" certifications from Lynda.com. In 2021, they earned the "Customer Service Enablement 101 Certified" certification from Lessonly. Most recently, in 2022, Shanna obtained the "How to Inspire and Develop Your Direct Reports" certification from LinkedIn.
