Alex van Den Berg

Alex van den Berg is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Strategist and Senior Portfolio Manager for Global Tactical Asset Allocation at Achmea Investment Management since July 2007, Alex has previously held roles as Portfolio Manager for Equities at Cordares / ASW and as a Quantitative Investment Analyst at ASW. Beginning a career as a Business Analyst at Marktlink Fusies & Overnames, Alex has cultivated a strong foundation in finance and economics, underscored by academic achievements including a Master's degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Master's in Investment Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Additionally, Alex holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation from the CAIA Association.
