Hein Bulter

Hein Bulter has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Hein began their career as a Stagair at Saen Options in 2002. Hein then worked as a Credit Strategist at ING Bank from 2003 to 2006. From 2006 to 2015, they held various roles at NIBC Bank, including Portfolio Manager Structured Credits and Portfolio Manager Corporate Credits - Associate Director. Since 2015, they have been working at Achmea Investment Management, where they started as a Portfolio Manager Fixed Income Credits and later became the Head of non-financial cluster and Senior PM. In this role, they managed a team and focused on sectors such as Utilities, Telecommunications, Oil&Gas, Basic Resources, and Technology. Hein also had special expertise in CO2 reduction, Climate ValueAtRisk, exclusion policies, and ESG integration. Additionally, they were a member of the ESG working group at Achmea IM, as well as the Deal committee for Illiquid Credits.

Hein Bulter attended the University of Twente from 1996 to 2003, where they obtained a M.Sc. / Ir. degree in Applied Mathematics.
